I photograph kids for commercial and theatrical agencies.
I’ve spent a long time around larger commercial shoots, and what I learned is most kids don’t need a big production — they need photos that look like themselves on a good day so casting can picture them in real situations.
A lot of families I work with are new to the industry, so part of my job is helping you figure out what actually matters and what doesn’t. We keep the session simple, keep kids comfortable, and end up with images agents can submit right away.
No pressure, no over-styling — just getting them what they need to start getting called in.
